i’ve used so so many focus and screen time apps but none have worked as good for me as ScreenPact did. i was once able to stay locked and off socials for a session of 45 hrs which is crazy for me. it keeps me actually accountable and knowing that someone else if gonna know that i broke our pact to ask for a break all the time made me actually wanna lock in. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants to reduce their screentime and social media usage!!!
