Hi, we aren't sure if you are addressing the correct app here, we have a seven day trial to give you plenty of time to try out the app and if you don't like it you can cancel anytime without a charge. Also we do issue refunds which can easily be requested by contacting us or Apple. Thank You!

I’m not sure what kind of faith to put in a note taking app that has a typo in the interface. It’s spelled threshold.
Didn’t work as described, overcharged, no way to reach any sort of customer service
I signed up for the week free trail. I was charged on day 7 for $39.99 for an app that does not work as described. The voice to text note did not pick up most of the interview conducted. The service was lacking. I intended to cancel my free subscription on the day I had in my calendar app but I had already been charged. There is no customer service information that I can find literally any where. So be warned, this app is a rip off.

The app didn’t ask for any info to set up an account and there doesn’t appear to be any way to cancel.
Doesn’t work well
It listens but then doesn’t transcribe. Just spins and nothing happens. Not accurate when it does pick up words
Did not meet expectations
I sat my phone in the middle of the table to capture a team meeting.This was a in person meeting. There were 6 people. It stopped recording after 11 minutes, this was an 1 hour meeting. The apps ability to understand the conversations was more limited than I expected. When it did take notes they weren’t very helpful. Uninstalling and trying something else.

Fell flat
I wanted it to transcribe a minute and a half video of a public speech that I had captured on one phone. I played the audio to the other phone with the app on it. It only transcribed two sentences, and one of them was wrong.
I tried it based on a review by David Pogue. Unfortunately, I did not have the kind of experience that he did. I don’t know if it’s because I was using a phone, or because I was using lower quality audio. His experience was extraordinary. Mine was frustrating and useless.

Effective and simple
It works great, they updated the AI and it nails pretty much everythings thats said, highly reccọmend.
Useless
Downloaded it, tested it during a meeting and not a single word was transcribed. No settings are available in the App. Garbage!!
Terrible
I paid to transcribe and important meeting and it literally didn’t transcribe anything but one work on a two hour meeting. Disappointed
Not Ready for Prime Time
I had high hopes for this app; unfortunately, it was not able to capture the conversation entirely. It would pick up certain words, then just stop and resume mid way through a conversation. If you are expecting it to capture every detail, it won’t. At least for me.
My phone would also turn off as the app will not force the screen to stay on. This was annoying for me, because I wanted to be sure that the words were being captured.

It works well, but theres a problem…
You see, when I downloaded it I thought that I could insert a video from my camera roll to make subtitles on it, but I cant, I can only record my voice. Dont really recommend this app, but hopefully I can find something better.
