What's New in Scribeable AI

3.7.4

September 9, 2026

Version 3.7.4 Recording & Notes - After you stop recording, Generate note now sits right on the completion card, so finishing a visit and producing the note is one step instead of two screens - If a note is waiting on a follow-up question, Scribeable now prompts you when you open the app or the patient, rather than leaving the question sitting unseen - Adding a patient now takes you straight to recording with that patient already selected - Re-processing a recording no longer files a second copy of the same visit on the chart Note Accuracy - When a note is flagged, the banner now tells you what was flagged. Clinical findings — contraindications and mislabelled diagnostic criteria — previously arrived in a form the iPhone couldn't read, so you were shown a bare count and no way to learn which statements or why - Note text on screen no longer breaks paragraphs into a bulleted list that isn't in the note. What you see now matches what you copy, and a numbered item keeps its number - Copying a note no longer carries unfilled phrase placeholders into your chart Clinical Insights - Saving a conversation to the chart now saves your own questions and notes, and not the assistant's replies. Model text stored in a chart is read back as chart history when the next note is generated, where it could be documented as an established fact - A save can no longer land on the wrong chart if you switch patients while it's in flight, and each entry is now stamped with its own date and time zone rather than the day you saved - If a save is refused, you now see why. The message was previously raised behind the sheet and never appeared Rounding - A round that fails on the server now says so, and offers to start a new one — instead of a spinner and a promise to notify you that no notification could ever satisfy - Fixed a false "audio missing" warning. Rounds recorded on iPhone number their audio from one, and the check assumed zero, so most flagged sessions were reporting a loss that never happened - Continuing a round on the web no longer risks discarding a piece of recorded audio - Your weekly rounding allowance is now re-checked with the server before you're turned away, so a stale count can't block an account that has sessions left - Rounding notes now keep processing when we move traffic between servers. A failover in August left rounds queued behind workers that never started Your Patient List - Patients rolled off your list overnight now roll off on your iPhone too, and an earlier day shows an "On your list" group with the patients that rolled off it. A patient you charted that morning always wins over the overnight roll-off - VoiceOver now announces the day when you move between days Signing In - A mistyped email or password now says so. It previously fell through to "Unable to sign in. Please try again." — as did every other specific sign-in problem, including too many attempts and a disabled account Guided Tour - The tour no longer hangs on "Pick a template" or "Send the question" when you're working on a chart of your own. It was watching the demo patient rather than the chart you had open Privacy & Reliability - An upload that fails at the network layer no longer quietly falls back to on-device transcription - Every part of the app now resolves the server it talks to the same way, through a single guarded path - Bug fixes and stability improvements throughout the app

Essential AI assistant

Great tool for speeding up documentation in the hospital and in clinic, does a great job of rapidly synthesizing data into a single document that is ready to review, rarely needs more than a few quick edits and the learning curve is very short. Highly recommended!
