Good, but one problem
The problem is all the voices sound like robots and make me a little paranoid about the robot uprising. Still it’s nice how you can adjust the voices and it helps me memorise my lines with the bit where you can cover them up. I think it helps that you can see all the other lines.

Stopped working with NO SUPPORT. Tutorials and help are difficult to navigate, particularly searching in the feedback lists, there are pages and pages, and pages with no real index the new voices are not very good

Not user friendly or intuitive
It's so hard to simply create a new scene without re-entering all the characters. Sometimes the keyboard doesn't even pop up, making it impossible to type out lines. I used it back in 2023 effectively but they must have updated it because it doesn't do what I remembered it doing anymore.

Good method of script learning, but the voices are terrible . They are so mechanical and monotonous which doesn’t help learning.
Pretty Helpful!
I’m generally a person that hates memorizing and it takes me a really long time. But with this app it really helped me memorize faster and easier! Fair warning the voices are super creepy. It’s really helpful once you get it set up but it is sort of time consuming depending on your script and how many lines you have because you have to enter all of your cues and your lines. Other than that really good, and helpful!

The only way I can learn my lines
This app has decreased my line learning time ten fold over the last four plays I have been in. How did I ever do without it?!
Absolutely the BEST
Yes, at least for my memorizing style, this app is perfection. All you need to do is import a pdf of any script and then you can go into the characters feature, choose your character in the script and the app will read all the other lines of all other characters to you. You can choose, as you begin to learn, to have the app play a Beep ss your cue, you can indicate how long you want a pause for speaking lines, it csn read that line back to you for comparison and any corrections. Or do none of that once you’re confident of your ability. You can choose which voice you want for every character from a good selection, change the pitch or speed of the voice, and the app will also read all of the stage directions (or you can select those be silent) It recognizes commas and you can edit the script as well, for example, indicate a (pause) If you get the upgraded membership, one of the perks is a bigger selection of voices, including accents such as British or Australian, plus others. I am able to memorize lines overnight because of this app.
