App crashes when trying to manage a prescription. Doesn’t load properly
Constant login issues
This is a great app WHEN IT WORKS which is almost NEVER. I constantly have login issues. I am using the right password and login because I will login online no issues. It will give me an error saying something happened and to call. I’ve called before and they never know what I’m talking about or why I’m getting an error. I will delete the app and reinstall. It’s more convenient than the website which has its on mobile interface issues but it rarely works. Really need to try these things out before launching.

Facial recognition still doesn’t work.
How many times do I select face login for it to work? The answer...it will never work. Get it together.

Inconsistent notification
Most of the time I don’t get app notification of new prescription request.
