Super easy to use app that is free without any features that you have to pay to unlock. Works really well to set daily time limits or just immediately block apps when I want to focus.
A simple solution to a common problem
I always set time limits on instagram and simply hit ignore. This actually keeps me out of the apps I need to limit myself on. Really great for helping curb unhealthy social media usage.
