Worst news outlet in India.
This news outlet is so deep in the idea of one political party believes that it lost it’s credibility of pure journalism. Fake and misleading news are the foundation of this news outlet. Scroll covers full of bias and propagandists narratives by the so called “scroll staffs” of the world/national issues and news instead of covering the actual contexts of the events that it tries to manipulate public with the one sided political narratives. Such a shame.

Unnecessary app
Why is Scroll wasting their resources on a dedicated app instead of focusing on improving the website and quality of editing articles? I love their work, but not once in 10 years of visiting have I thought to myself “hmm, what this organization needs is a seldom-updated, web-wrapping app”.
Instead, fix your website! The current layout leads to so many repeats of the same article in different sections, and the blog style scroller feels outdated and tedious and needs to be replaced by something that feels more like a news “destination” rather than an endless blog.
Also, spend your resources on hiring an editor or two! So many articles feel like they could do with another quality check to fix typos, subpar grasp of language, and better integration with graphics and charts. Thewire is another example of this; it pains me to see India’s two foremost progressive news websites suffer with inadequate polish in the writing.
PLEASE don’t waste your money on an app. No one needs it, no one will win if you introduce subscriptions through the app and then Apple keeps thirty percent cut of the revenue. The browser works great and it’s nice to be able to open articles in tabs to catch up later.

Poor app design
It is so difficult to navigate the app. Where is the login button. I am a subscriber but can’t seem to find the login button.
The “apps” link in the app redirects to google play store, even though I am on an ios device. This is just the two of several problems. Can you please sort it out?
