Looking in from outside
Had a GeoVision system for a long time. Never could get the iPad or iPhone apps to work correctly. With the new CCTV system, not only does it work correctly, but the apps for the iPad and iPhone work flawlessly inside or outside the home network. Even using 4G, it works great. This is what you need to monitor your system away from your home. 5 stars for the CCTVSP HD app.

App for iPad
Just upgraded to version 3. Few more things to get used to. I like the zoom feature that you can now do on iPad. I have a iPad 2 and the processor is a little slow in processing 284 bit rate on extra channel for 4 cameras. It seemed to process the previous 192 bit rate better, abit view was not quite as clear. This is a personal hardware issue and not a APP issue. 3 cameras process the video and sound just fine. I have had CCTV Security Pros camera set up for 2 years now at residence and work great. I plan on upgrading to 3 MegPixel digital camera and NVR as I need a little more resolution.
