Notifications
This app is not notifying me when someone walks in my front door, or when I walked in my front door. it used to notify me and I have the notification on the channel but it’s not notifying me no more

Works but SMD search is broken
The app mostly functions well for live playback and NVR config, but I noticed the playback search option for Human motion always returns nothing. I thought my NVR was not recording; but turns out you can search on the NVR just fine. It’s this app.
DMSS is very similar to this app, but the search works. I would switch back to sms pro if they fix the search issue.

Great app but…..
The app works great but isn’t very stable. It doesn’t stay open more than an hour or two. It freezes a lot too. It complains about using too much memory (whose?). I use this on an older iPad with lots of open memory. I have 8 cameras so I wish the app would open to the view I used last instead of always starting at 4. It’s just frustrating since I have to go through the same routine multiple times a day.

Works well but we need MFA
March 2022 - the recent update works well and the app suits all our needs except we are running into an issue where some of our clients are requiring MFA to be used when connecting remotely via the cloud service. Some form of MFA would be awesome

Low rating probably become old version used. Now 2020 - i see no problems, from what I used before (lorex,amcrest,smart pss) this app works about the same or even better.

This app doesn’t have many ratings and that’s why I wanted to give my opinion. Everything about this app and my system has been perfect so far. Only had it 4 days but installation was simple. I say simple, but anything that has all the options and setting this system has is going to take some figuring out. If you take a little time to learn the software and have any technical skills you will be able to install without a problem. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to save on installation, it saved me $900.00 from the quote I received from my local security company. I’ll come back if I start having problems but so far it’s flawless!!

Rating is for latest update
This update removed the Orange graphics and other graphic features, leaving it all back and white on my iPhone 6plus.
Poor design
Everything about this app is horrible. It's currently not working at all. Tech support is of no help unless you threaten bbb. Unfortunately I could not pick zero stars

Waste of money. Doesn't work!!!
The lite app works yet the paid one does not. I wish I can get my money back!
