The new app is terrible and I haven't been able to access my accounts since they switched. Not very user friendly
Worst bank and app
Takes 40 years to deposit. They don’t release your funds until a decade later. Direct deposit doesn’t allow for early funds to be available even though its payroll
Outstanding credit union
We have been members of The Sharon Credit Union for well over 4 decades. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. The rates are competitive and they have been able to provide financial stability for all of my banking and financial needs. From home mortgages, personal savings, to auto loans.

Don’t bother
The new app sucks. You have to log in on a browser to access your outside accounts to make a transfer, the passkey thing doesn’t work, the log in doesnt work. The menu itself if you do log in is confusing. All around miss and. Not worth the effort. Just use a browser

I can access the website through my iPhone but cannot through my laptop. I have tried many times for the last 2 weeks. Have confirmed same User name and password. The system DOES NOT LET ME DO ANYTHING EVEN AFTER ENTERING ALL CORRECT REQUESTED INFO.
Surprisingly your staff could NOT HELP ME EITHER!!

Bill pay
I hate the new bill pay. It is too busy and not easy to navigate . Actually thinking of moving my money to another bank because of it.
Terrible App
I can’t even look at my account balance. It just keeps saying retry and when I do it doesn’t even load. My account balance has been unavailable for the last 3 days

The huge problem is they won’t let you pay for your mortgage and one payment so I had to do two payments every single time which is very annoying

Scu worst ever app
This has got to be the most difficult app i have ever had to use. It may be easier to transfer my truck loan to another bank then use this.

I haven’t been able to log into my online account since the godawful update. When you try calling, there is “high call volume” and it says leave a message. NOBODY RETURNS CALLS. My mortgage payment is late bc nobody will respond and I can’t get in!
After over 10 days calling and waiting, I got through this morning and the woman ARGUED with me about what I saw when I was logging in!!! There’s obviously a glitch since I’m not the only person having trouble but she was blaming ME for the lockout!

Should have stayed with the app they had
While I do like a few features the old app was way easier to use. The bill pay section of this is awful and I liked how in the old app you could easily access the savings rates at the bank. That no longer exists so you need to go searching online. Overall very poor app but unfortunately stuck with it
