Needs Update
My cameras show up split. You can see the full view but the image starts 1/2 way into the frame and then wraps to the other side. Makes it pretty useless. Please fix it!!
Works perfect every time
I have a networker pro nvr ( 16 channel ) which I purchased from SCW a few years back. I have several models / brands of different POE cameras, a few with adjustable focal and a cpl ptz. All work great with this app and nvr. ONVIF and off brand models have some limitations but still work fine.
I do not power my cams with the nvr - although I could. I have a couple three or four poe switches where needed.
The nvr and THIS app work without losing a beat. Ever.
I can zoom in/out, I can pan/tilt. I can review with ease and I can clip and save whilst I review without an issue.
I can HEAR the audio clearly in my recording ( using cameras with audio )

Only for SCW customers
Unless I’m mistaken, this app is only for SCW customers. I have the Guardian Pro cameras. I wish the NVR would send push notifications for motion detection. In that way, you would at least know when to open the app and view the feed, other than when you are simply curious.

There are better apps
This is a version of Guardian which I like better. Both IVMS-4500 and Guardian have push notifications- Security Camera Warehouse insists push notifications are not reliable. Maybe not 100%. But they work for me so I use those two apps with SCW NVR as my primary app for this Instead of this app. I get push notifications nearly 100% of the time instantly all across the U.S. - Email and or text msg from NVR is slower.
Reply to SCW Response. It is one thing to make a recommendation but it is wrong headed to try to make me use your recommendation.. that is, make the choice for me. I use push notifications, Email and use email to text me the notifications. Push notifications are always faster. I am disappointed that SCW has removed push notifications in this app as I said I get them instantly almost 100% of the time and time is critical. I use the inputs on the NVR to notify me of high water, power outages and several other non video critical time sensitive information. SCW should not be trying to force me to use the system I bought in a way they want. Customer is King. Put push notifications back in and let the people paying you use them how they want. It it is not your decision to make. So please put the option for push notifications back in the application.
SCW also erroneously insist that only SCW POE cameras are plug and play. Hikvision cameras are just as readily recognized when plugging directly in to the SCW rebranded Hikvision NVR
Thank you very much. I do believe SCW is the best place to purchase a video surveillance system and I would buy from them again AND HEARTILY RECOMMEND anyone wanting video surveillance to purchase from them.

Push notifications have no received receipt, which means that if you are out of service it thinks that it notified your phone when it hasn't. We don't recommend using them. Email is reliable (even when you are out of reception) and has the added benefit of a photo backup that is stored on your email client should your NVR be stolen.
Well designed app
App is easy to use and responsive. My only complaint is that I can't get push notifications from it when an alert on the system occurs. Other than that it's a good app.
