Never sends code
Been trying for three days to get the confirmation code in order to be able to create an account. The app never sends the code—repeatedly I’ve checked my email inbox and junk folder. The code simply never arrives.
App crashes
The app is crashing immediately upon opening since the update

So far since I’ve been using this since November last year, it’s been a very stable and dependable application reading. All of your reviews makes people think the other, which gives me the idea that either a they don’t know about the application or the level at which those users were shared access Made it unusable With all that said the one thing I think you really as the developer needs to rework in the respect of upgrading what I put in the title you’re push notification works, but it’s like a 2008 version of push you should bring it into the 2020 era at least

App doesn’t work
Our company can’t view anything on the App and it’s not our fault cause it was working then all of a sudden it stopped working.

Need text or push notifications added
This is a great app overall but it could be better if push notifications could be added. Viewing the nvr through this app is pretty straightforward. Many people using this app would definitely like it better if push notifications would be available from the nvr for movement or activity from certain cameras at set times.
