Idle charge is more expensive than EV charging fee. $60 per hour. Most important is there is no clear indication of the idle charge and the Apps does not remind you that you need to pay $5 per 5 min idle time

Worst charging company ever
I am BMW owner so the discount makes me use it more. However, the more I use, the more disappointment it gives. First, it is not user friendly. Loading time is super slow. Then always exceed the operating period and need to reconnect to repeat the process. And the charger always out of order!!!
I would try to use other company (even Benz one without discount) because really fed up with it.

It doesn’t work
After numerous attempts to start the payments, it had never been successful. Be honest it actually worked at certain locations, but many don’t. The charging workflow is not well thought, it’s almost silly: scan the 2d code, then go back your car to plug in the cable, then go back to the phone again to select charge time, then wait for the payment to go thru, oh, and there’s a 90 seconds limit to start otherwise you’ll have to restart. Come on, go out and check out what other vendors are doing. After 20-30mins trying, I give up.

Super annoying app, can’t function all the time. Payment failed, unplug repeat again and again.
Bugs everywhere, poor coding engineer
For the bugs, money charged but didn’t start charging. Secondly, I pay via Apple Pay but no respond for over 3 times. It didn’t stop simultaneously when pressing stop charging button.
About the experience, I am forced to plug in the charging and pay at the same time with a vary fast pace (within 30seconds) I think it is ridiculous.
Can’t extend charging around 5 minutes before the charging ends. Which makes me have to rush it back to the station.

Useless. Go to another charging station rather
I refuse to use an app that forces you to opt in to marketing material. I refuse to use an app that requires a $300 deposit. I refuse to use an app that wants to know your car registration number. I’m going to an octopus charging station next door. And to top it all off, you have to choose a charging time before purchase. No pay as you go option. Useless.

Absolute rubbish
Information never appears correctly on app. Forced you to accept promotions. Extremely convoluted regarding fees and holds up extortionate amount of deposits for unknown period of time.

better stay away from this bmw charging in K11 and just find a normal AC charger that can be paid by normal means. App does not work anyways.
