VPN issues

Considering that a vast number of members are overseas SDFCU should remedy issues with accessing accounts when utilizing VPNs. It makes no sense that I should be less protected by having to disable VPN when trying to access my account.

Easy and secure

I like the app for its simplicity and ease of use. The new design is a great improvement from the older version. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for something sleek.

Mobile deposit not working

I don't know if it's because of the new app layout or features but for some reason, lately, my ability to deposit a check is not working. Everytime I go to try, I'm met with a grey screen that says "Full Screen is Required". There's no button to change the zoom on that window or close out to return to the landing page , so I end up having to just close the app. There also doesn't seem to be any way to get support for the app unless it's through a review. Been using the app for years and only just encountering this process so it's pretty frustrating.

Need a sign out feature

Bank ok, bad app

The chat apparently cannot tell whether it’s in the app or the website, so it frequently gives answers that are absolutely useless. The app tells my current credit card balance but it does not allow me to find out my most recent statement balance, so I cannot find out how much I have to pay to avoid interest charges.

Retired hairdresser

They were great at helping me through a terrible time when my account got hacked, even though it took several months for them to trace down where my funds went they went beyond what we would expect for them to do. I will always greatly appreciate what they have done for me in the 27 going on 28 years. I’ve been with the State Department crediit.

Fast turnaround

The Zelle moves fast.

Not a fan of the new layout

It s not at all easy to navigate. The former one was working just fine, it seems that the change was made only to do something new for the sake of doing new thing !!!

Error login. Please call us

Why is it when I’m logging it’s say error, please call us and when I call the bank says it’s okay Ntg is wrong and it still say error when I’m logging in again

Intuitive App

This version of the Digital Banking is a significant improvement from its predecessor! It is easy to navigate, and saves time to complete banking tasks!

App doesn’t work!

Fix the app! I just switched to SDFCU and have used the app for the past few weeks. The human verification page keeps popping up and basically makes the app unusable. I am starting to regret switching.

This new App is difficult to read and maneuver
Info is distorted!!

Over engineered + Underachieved

The older version was a lot easier to use. Ever since this new version came out, mobile deposits take over a week, when they used to take 48 hours. Customer service has informed me their online banking policies changed with this new version yet there’s no information about it. The new “customer service chat” is misleading and unhelpful.
