This game has potential to be fun. But problem is bullies and their credit cards. If a player is over a gang they bully you to quit and just keep spending more money just to cyber bully players. Game was good and has slowly gotten full

Loaded with bot accounts
After the first 2 weeks the human beings on my server got together and counted how many actual people are playing vs how many bots there are. We only have about 80 humans. All the rest are bot accounts. It’s gotten completely out of control. We can only fill 1 gang with human beings and there’s still a month to go in Season 1.

Been play for about 18months and never had a boring/dull moment, The Strategy elements keep it interesting and the immersion is great, especially with having good allies to talk and sail with! Unprofessional, misleading, money-grabbing admins who don’t care about players and force them out
Later edit: They have replied here telling me to get back to them, but they have continued to mislead me and refuse to lift the limit on my account, because i complained to Apple and received a refund.
They want me to repay the amount that Apple has refunded, irrespective if they tricked me into paying for a hero they have misled players with, but haven’t provided. After lots of back and forth of taunting, sarcastic copied/pasted replies, they’ve finally admitted having misled me, but they still keep my account limited because they want me to pay again, in order to lift the limitation.
Their admission, one of those “pretending to care” ones:

I kept replying, but to no avail. If they keep my account limitation there is no point in playing anymore, so shouldn’t they refund all the money i put in developing my account?
They have replied that they won’t do that, and they’ll still limit my account, until i pay them the amount refunded my Apple. I’ve also asked for details for an official complaint, considering that they are unprofessional and misleading customers, and they’ve completely ignored my requests.
I’m quite unwell and i’ve spent almost a month in hospital and I’m too drained/exhausted to fight this. I thought the Ombudsman, or one of the EU institutions, could investigate their misleading practice but i’m too tired to do this.
They lie to you on purpose and all they want is money, irrespective of all the mistakes, bugs, glitches, lies and ignorant replies you have to put up with.
Can Apple help?
Old: I’ve spent years on developing my account/ ships and put a lot of sleepless nights in it, being unwell but soldiering on, trying to do this without spending massive amounts of money.
But they’ve made it extremely difficult, no matter how many hours you put in, you don’t develop unless you spend huge amounts of money.
The game is full of glitches and tricks, they don’t fix it and don’t care how it affects you. They only give you blanket“copy-pasted”replies and close the tickets every time you complain, lying that they were solved.
Their tricks are even more frustrating when you pay to reduce the building time and you see how they trick you while you use your speed ups. For example, if you purchase/achieve a speed up of 48h and use it, instead of zeroing the building time, it will miscalculate how many hours your build has left, and you end up with an almost 24 hours wait because they are doing everything they can to force you to pay extra.
At one point, after many, many sleepless nights, i was so tired of developing things by myself that i decided to buy a certain hero that was advertised in a pack.
So i’ve spent £9.99 on it, expecting that exact hero to then realise that i’ve been actually tricked.
They didn’t give me the hero i paid for: instead, they sent me a few VIP points, a few diamonds and 2 tokens for normal heroes that i’ve already had, after working God knows how many months/years at it.
When i’ve realised that i’ve been tricked, i’ve refused to use what they gave me and continued to ask for the specific hero that i paid for.
I’ve also complained to Apple but the game admins became extremely revengeful, limiting my account and I cannot play properly anymore, unless i pay a punishment fee, equal to the money I’ve already spent on that hero.
I kept writing to them in the game, going back and forth, complaining about their unprofessionalism and they kept reducing the space and the words i could write, and later on, they have even maliciously made the screen darker while i was writing, so that i cannot see what i was doing anymore.
Initially, the admins ignored my tickets, then they replied with similar silly responses saying that they’ll only remove my account limitation/suspension if i pay the £9.99 fee again, which i will not do.
They’ve tricked me, refused to offer the hero i paid for and then limited my account because i complained to Apple about what they’ve done.
I still haven’t used what they gave me instead and, every time i try to do something, i get a message telling me to pay, otherwise they won’t let me play fully. I’m seriously thinking of leaving, because they are tricksters that only want money to help you. Lots of people have left from our gang, because there is a lot of bullying and sinking from stronger players who spend thousands on their ships. The game keeps forcing you to buy tickets to change servers but our gang has already spent plenty of tickets to change servers, multiple times, because of the horrible bullying.
Even the last one we moved to, which was advertised as “friendly”is not what it said and we’re being sunk all the time, including on auto-trade, or when sleeping, or fighting monsters, etc.
There is no balance in the game, only strong players sinking you all the time and even if you are peaceful and don’t attack anyone they sink you regardless.
And they mock and bully you if you kindly ask them to stop sinking you all the time.
The game should have a limit and the strongest players should not be allowed to sink weak players which are 20/30/40 (or more) levels under theirs.
If admins listened to people’s suggestions and complaints, fixed glitches and not only chased money, they wouldn’t probably lose most of their players. But they don’t care, so they’ll force all of us to leave the game, due to their money grabbing tricks, their unprofessionalism and pet

Won’t work. I have tried to play I have deleted most of my stuff to play because that was the problem before then it now says data error. I can’t fix that! I was only playing it so I could get life points in simsfree play

Love the game
Love the game, it would be nice to get a notification about maintenance because I didn’t realize there was maintenance. I thought the game was broken and I couldn’t login for a long time now I did login but it wouldn’t let me play because there was maintenance, if I had known there was going to be maintenance I would’ve set up for the occasion, but the game is extremely fun. You can play forever and attack forever.
