Great app for guests at Seabrook Island Club

As a guest at Seabrook Island Club, this app made everything so much easier. The interface is clean and intuitive, and it saves so much time compared to calling or searching for information elsewhere. Everything is easy to find, even if you’re only visiting for a short stay.
I loved being able to view dining options, make reservations, check tee times, see upcoming events, and access live statements all in one place. Having real-time information at my fingertips really enhanced the overall experience and made my stay feel seamless.
A great tool that truly enhances the Seabrook Island experience.

Forced update and doesn’t keep credentials

Waiting at pool gate ar Seabrook island gate and forces me to update, can’t use app so have to sit there like a five year old waiting for update and then logging in? Never had a problems with a card needing to update

Poor customer service

We used this app all week during our vacation. There were glitches but not that bad. However, two days after we left the island we were charged $70+ for a meal we did not have. I received the receipt and confirmed it was after we left. I reached out to the amenity office and they refused to cancel the charge even though I could prove we were back in our home state. This was after back and forth emails for weeks with long delays between their responses. Never had an issue with fraudulent charges with the previous card system. Cannot believe the office was so difficult and unresponsive with this issue.

unnecessary

i find it a bit ridiculous that visitors of seabrook island have to download an app now to do anything. what if people don’t have storage on their phones? what if their phones die or overheat at the beach? what if a young person simply doesn’t have a phone?

bring back physical cards.
