Aweful app
Nobody in the Bank knows how to work the app. Nobody online when I call the 800 knows how to work the app so if your own employees don’t know how to work your app how do you expect customers to work? The app is horrible.I try to pay my bill I have with this company am can not even a manager at the bank couldn’t help me.

Needs work.
Bill pay has two separate pages which is extremely confusing. Also, linked accounts won’t stay connected. Continually have to re-verify password or security code.

Not very informative
I get notices from the app based upon my notification settings BUT they say virtually nothing. I don’t even know if the amount mentioned is a deposit or a charge…Citizens had much better/thorough communications!

Poor Notifications
Liked Citizens First App better. I hate getting notifications where total is combined based on multiple transactions instead of each transaction individually where I’d recognize the amount. To see if there is a problem I now have to open the account and use a calculator to sum amounts. I am seriously considering moving to another more user friendly bank

Pay Bills
Unlike major banks and even other regional banks including one they just acquired, paying a bill to let’s say a major card like Capital One, takes over a week as they apparently mail a check. In other bank it’s electronic and takes two days.
