I’m still trying to get used to the new app. I am finding the bill paying a little confusing.
Easy to navigate…
…well designed app, which shows all the information i need/want intuitively, for consistent effective results
Pay Bills
Unlike major banks and even other regional banks including one they just acquired, paying a bill to let’s say a major card like Capital One, takes over a week as they apparently mail a check. In other bank it’s electronic and takes two days.

So many things you can’t do.
The people we message regarding questions or problems with the new account either don’t read or understand what you ask and don’t answer your questions. Not impressed with their transition so far from Citizens bank.

I find it’s very convenient and easy to do all my banking on my phone.

The app is easy to use and all the features work well so far.
Customer service need upgrading
I sent a check to the Florida credit union the first, I made two payments. The freaking post office took 7 days, I show.d of driving the hour away and paid it in person.
I thought the PO lost the check so I set up a trans fransfer for the same amount, after the trans fee was set up I rechecked the FCU and the check did arrive, I called customer service to stop the transfer, and was told they couldn’t stop it.
So I take that as if a stranger got into my account, there is no way you could stop a fraudulent transaction.
Am I correct in that assessment?

Good Experience
My accounts have been switched to Seacoast Bank and I am happy to say that, the transition went well. Online access and the mobile app are easy to use and navigate. Thank you!
Transition to Seacoast
I give three stars because I’m learning after having First Citizen bank. But I believe is going to be easier and better people are very friendly and helpful
You’re Getting Better
The on-line banking is all messed up and I’m just praying bills gets paid.
Delays in Bill Pay
Disappointed that bill pay is delayed regularly as compared to previous bank taken over by Seacoast. Unnecessary learning curve without warning.
