The app sucks
The app is constantly buffering. Sometimes all that loads is a picture of a mountain. And yes, I have the updated version and I have erased and reinstalled. Do better, SeaComm.
why does this app need to be opened 20 times before any of my balances to load
ive had this app for 3 years and this is the first time where i can’t open or see anything. I have to constantly open and close the app just see my balance and manage my credit cards. Im not able to move money as well. These only work after opening and closing the app atleast 5 to 10 times before anything works. It was a decent app but now its to the point where i just call the card # just to know ive got something in that account.

SeaComm has always had great customer service! The wait time is rarely more than a few minutes and their employees are always helpful, polite, and cheerful! After 23 years of doing business with them I highly recommend them!

Would like to have the ability to change orientation in the app. And to have sign off more visible without having to go through more & settings to get to it.

Better than before
This app is much better than the previous app. The one thing that I would like to see is a more accessible logout button. Unless I’m missing it, you have to click through to the settings page to find it.
Face ID is non existent
You can’t even use the Face ID feature. The Face ID icon is on the sign in screen, but when you sign in, it’s not there. Anywhere. I have scoured the entire app and nowhere does it show any options for Face ID.
App seems half-baked
The recent update/switch to the 2025 app seems like a step backward. At least for me, it is less functional and seems like it has not been completed. I just want something simple that works. If it’s not fixed soon, I’ll unfortunately have to switch banks.

Worst mobile deposit to exist I get checks every week for work and I don’t get paid sometimes a day later because the mobile deposit can’t recognize the amount horrible experience

Jess Roach at the Watertown NY branch is an absolute SUPERSTAR!!!! She is always wonderful to speak to and goes above and beyond to help whenever I have an issue with any of my accounts!!!!
Archaic.
This app has ALOT of room for improvement. The website does as well. Having to log into multiple places to get things done is far from convenient. What’s worse is that none of the employees know how to use it either.
