Great App
I found this app SeamlessMD a great app and lots of important info in it. I referred to it many times and also thought it was a great idea, the nurse checking in with me.
Guidance and connection
SeamlessMD provides me easy-to-understand health education, helping me feel more informed and supported throughout the month after surgery.
I followed the daily reminders and recovery guidance during the month. The health check-ins sections even allow me to write anything I want to say, any concerns. A nurse will call me if necessary. So I know I was being monitored and less worried.
I wish everyone good health, no one ever has to go through this.

The SeamlessMD information and follow up I got was excellent. The app should be given to everyone early in the process. It was easy to use had has vast amounts of information. Well done
Helpful Program, Needs Longer Post-Op Coverage
I wish Seamless were available for longer than 30 days after surgery, especially after a TKR, when the healing process takes much longer.
Not needed
I didnโt use it after the first week. the first few days it did help with knowing what to do to help with pain and lack of sleep but after that I didnโt need
I know I didnโt pick up for my follow up with dr waddington, I was at work and she called two hours after scheduled time . I was kind of hoping she would have called back or the receptionist would have called back to reschedule
