SeamlessMD is an application designed with your healthcare provider. The program is an interactive step-by-step guide to help you navigate your healthcare journey. You will get real-time reminders about tasks you need to complete. For example, you may get reminders about what kind of diet you should follow, which medicines you should take, or what appointment you need to go to. You can complete health checks that will let you know if you are on track. Based on your answers, we will give you custom advice on how to take care of yourself.
