This is the best hospital to care for kids. Support for the entire family is outrageous from doctors, nurses, CNAs, dietitians, social workers, child life advocates and all the other professionals. We, specifically the patient feels very comfortable and safe during the clinic visits and hospital stays.

Love the support and stability as well as my care team I thank them for being here for me and us to help us with life and soo great to be able to talk with them through here you can make appointments and request medication and have zoom meeting (you must be able to download the zoom app) but very nice app I love it and I love the people too

This app is the most convenient way to communicate with my son’s doctors. I can schedule appointments and look up results of any tests. I like that we can reflect on the appointments by looking at notes. Pull up med lists and get rid of the old meds still listed. Just so many things to explore on the app and whoever made it was a genius

Our son 11 y/o was just diagnosed with diabetes. All staff was caring & professional. Our son was extremely nervous, but he walked out with hope & understanding.

The thing I like most about the app is not only do I get to see all my child’s labs, I also get detailed notes from the doctors breaking down the day to day progress.

This app is very easy and useful. I highly recommend this app if you want to be 1 click away from speaking to your care team. 1 click away from being able obtain test results.
Especially once your little one has surgery and there might be questions you have…No more waiting on the phone, this is a more direct and way faster means of getting a response. I'd give the app 12/10 if I could.

Issues with EPIC?
I don’t believe that this is in the Children’s app, but it’s the only place I can find to leave a review. I needed to open it up to verify an appointment for today and it opened up my epic and is not giving the options for my grandsons. two different doctors two different locations. My grandson is Pediatrics at Seattle Children’s and mine is at Valley Medical in Renton
