To the best of union bank
They have a allowed me to change my life and redo it. I had to file for divorce and while trying to remake my life, I had to turn to somebody. They have been able to show me kindness and definitely financial freedom. No joke, this is hands down the best bank out there.

Change of payment
Poor service I have asked Multiple times to change my payment date filled out paperwork to change the date signed and dated paperwork and still hasn’t been changed you keep charging a late fee

This app, is very easy to use.
Saves trips to the branch
No online banking app is perfect, but this one is pretty close. It’s also improved vastly since its earliest versions.
Being able to handle nearly every transaction other than getting currency, it is my “go to” for managing my money. I especially appreciate mobile check deposit. No more letting checks languish awaiting my getting to a branch. It’s also easy to move money around both my SCU accounts and to/from my outside high yield account.
It’s also meaningful that upgrades haven’t crashed the app or changed the interface. It’s very frustrating when you learn how to use software and then the developer moves everything around so you play treasure hunt to find the tools you use frequently (think Microsoft Office). You only have to learn how to navigate this app once.

Worst Bank App ever…
This is the worst bank app I have used. The other apps I have used are easy and intuitive. I haven’t had to step inside a bank in years… Until I got an account with SCU… They really need to rethink and redesign this app.
The single worst online banking experience I’ve ever had.
No one available to talk to. I’ve been a customer for 30 years and this is outrageous. I’ll be pulling my account.

Horrible access
For months I have been unable to access my credit card history or make payments. It doesn’t matter if I login on the app or website. I can’t only view alerts and descriptions, nothing else
Forced Portrait orientation is frustrating
The app forces portrait orientation has been a source of frustration. I use an iPad with a magic keyboard, which means I am using landscape mode. Of the dozens of apps I use, this is the only app which forces portrait orientation.
Worst baking app
It’s incredible how terrible this app is. It’s slow, crashes and NEVER saves your password no matter how many times you click on it to. You have to click on so many different things for the simplest tasks. They seriously need to work on this app
Good bank, Card control a little funky
I wish it was easier to see which account your card is tied to, see the reason for why a charge was denied, approve a charge when it’s denied real-time, or switch the card to be linked to a different account.
Making payments
I’m still having a hard time making payments to my credit card through the app, other than that it’s been fine so far

The website version actually has more options.
