Doesn’t accept any of my credit cards
I used to use this app all the time at my local minor league baseball games, but this season it has given me an error every time I try to checkout, saying unable to add credit card. Tried several different cards with the same result. iPhone 14, app and iOS are up to date.
Horrible App
It just does not work. Won’t take my credit card, won’t let me search password list for logon, locks me out of the app.
The App Is A Swing and a Miss!
I am sitting at event and the app won’t recognize or pull up the ball game I’m at. Location services are turned on on my iPhone. My cell service is full. Delete and reinstalled the app to no avail.

It typically takes 45 minutes to get your food. Shockingly, there’s a provision where you can message them within the app. But the replies come via email! No, I don’t check my email when I’m at a football game. Not part of the app per se, but in my experience you’re a whole lot better to smuggle in a hotdog or hamburger then you are to buy food at a sports venue. Perfectly happy to fit to pay 5 times the price but the quality is unbelievably bad.

User friendly, efficient, and quick
The sEATz mobile app is incredibly user friendly. It was extremely easy to navigate the app and place my order. I ordered another beer and it was delivered right to my seat and I didn’t have to hassle with the long lines at the concessions. Also the speed of the app and overall customer service is phenomenal. Well done, sEATz.

Two our four ain’t bad
Tried the APP four times. Twice the food and drinks arrived quickly. The other two times, it took them over an hour. Brutal if your trying to skip the lines.
Ordering is easy, no way to customize
Pictures of food are stock photos and do not accurately represent food. Unable to customize order for condiments etc.
No delivery or customer service. Don’t use.
First order was cancelled after 30 min with no reason given. Tried ordering again, and no order delivered. Waited over 1.5 hrs, now the game is over. Tried reaching out to customer service and no response. Hope the refund my money. Terrible service wouldn’t use again.
