You can’t get past sign-on screen after registering. No idea what this app does.
Non functional
This app is absolute Chinese garbage! You buy their stuff but the app to control the device is junk, hasn’t been updated for two years. I quickly packed up my pool cleaner and returned to Amazon! No app no thanks
Why Bother Making An App?
I purchased this for my in ground pool and paid over $300. Company pairs it with an app for programming the pool cleaner but the app hasn’t been updated for 2 years now.
I purchased this pool cleaner from Walmart and if the app doesn’t work with the cleaner, it’s being returned and I will spend my $300 on a cleaner than has an app and is highly rated. So tired of these Chinese companies stating in the product preview that there is an app to control and use the cleaner when programmed but turns out to be utterly useless after purchase and delivery.

App doesn’t work
As many have said, the app doesn’t work. It won’t find your robot.
That said, the robot seems to work well. I’d like to put it in floor mode instead of all over, but you can’t without the app. Last release was 2 years ago. Apple should take this down.

Useless app
Rating the app not the tool. App is pointless as it doesn’t connect to anything. It’s as if there isn’t a Bluetooth transmitter in it. Nothing comes up to identify it and therefore the app or changing the cleaning program on the tool is pointless. False advertising if it isn’t really Bluetooth compatible.

This App doesn’t work
I bought a pool cleaner that was over $400 and this App won’t even let me sign in after I registered. It says “network error”.

The pool cleaner works as advertised but the app is useless. Why publish an app if it doesn’t work?
I have tried five times to get this app to accept my sign-up process and it will not work.
I am not optimistic that this pool vacuum will work properly based on the app sign-up process not working at all

Do not buy from this company, I had my Seauto for 10 months, it’s not working. I called, sent videos and no one is replying and they blocked me
Worked last season.
Doesn’t work any more or connect with my vacuum. Still cleans the pool but I need to program a route to get it cleaner.

Won't even let you register. DO NOT bother even getting the app.
Keeps saying “server certificate not authorized”. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling and that did not work. It seems this has been an issue now for a few months and nothing has been done! It's like they abandoned the app and left us with a worthless app that you can't even access. The vacuum is awesome so kinda shocking to see them have the app in its current state.

This app is not working. It will not let me sign in. It will not let me change password or anything.

Vacuum is great a little too fast to collect fine dust or maybe a different basket option with a filter to collect it no matter how fast but can’t even sign up on the app very disappointed
