If I could give them 0 stars I would Don’t waste your money

Complete waste of money I use the number for my business and they have pre saved texts in the app that I send to a customer that I’m with a client now how can I help you when some calls. Well apparently the feature that they have for presaved texts is an issue because once you use it so much they lock your account and give your an error code 85! Once that happens you can’t call out or text anyone back! Had to wait days for someone to respond back via email reactive my account! Happens at least once a month! Now they said oh we can’t reactive your account now with no reason what so ever! So even though I use this number for my business and I have business cards with the number on it I can’t call out from it or text back from it! Then they tell me can reactive you and give you a transition period to another company. I said ok reactive it so I can find another company then two days later they say oh we can’t do that anymore with no explanation! App is junk freezes all the time! And customer service is nonexistent! Can’t talk to anyone just wait days for an email response back from them

I’ve send 4 requests for help with NO answer, this is my line for business and I can’t use it. I’ve been with this issue since Monday afternoon. To whom do I have to call or contact so that my problem is solved !!!

Registered for service, cannot pick up calls or text back. Customer is trying to reach me. Support says to cancel account and change my number. Very smart move when I printed cards with my new number on it.
