Unable to login via phone app
I have been attempting to access the application for some time, but I have not been successful. I contacted support; however, I have not received a response. Could someone please look into this issue?
Terrible customer service
After having the service for a few years I changed my cell number. There are NO instructions on how to edit so you can continue to get calls- I USE THIS FOR MY EVENT VENUE. So after calling 3 times, sending 2 messages and still no reply or help- I’m saddened and disappointed but I guess you get what you pay for and $9/ month doesn’t buy good service. I do NOT recommend.

Fraud
I haven't been able to use their services for over six months, and restoration attempts have failed. However, monthly payments are still being taken from my account. The customer service number on Google connects to a different company, and my emails have been ignored. I consider this fraudulent, as payments are deducted without service delivery.

Great Setup!
Starting my own small business has been a learning curve for sure. Ninja number was a component of that setup, but this has been such an easy and seamless process. Thank you Ninja Number!

@ninjanumber is a fraud. Do not sign up for a free trial. We did, then cancelled. But they have been fraudulently bill us since Aug 2023. No email replies. Phone number always goes to an answering service who takes a message that is never returned.

Horrible Support and Bad Product.
After multiple calls and emails we have still received zero support response to their many technical issues. Absolutely the worse I’ve seen and we are regretting this decision. Our phone is not working and they have no ability or willingness to help. Please don’t make the same mistake we did. Try another company.

It won’t let me cancel my subscription or my plan. As of today I am canceling this plan. Please do not charge my card any more.

Poor service and horrible app
We are stuck because of the phone number but horrible app and no one gets back to you. Second time all my leads and conversations were deleted. Do better or stop charging people, do this for free because it’s not a business.
Can’t cancel free trial, features don’t work as advertised
I trialed Ninja Number as I was interested in the missed call to text option that was advertised. Upon registering my number, I found out this option was not working. I called and submitted a ticket with customer service, and never heard back. I also called to cancel my free trial before the week ended, as there was no way to cancel in the app. I was assured it would be cancelled. Of course, I was charged. The app is laggy, and it overall just feels like a scam. I will have to dispute with my bank now and hopefully will be able to prevent being charged next month.

Had issues finding the right price and a virtual phone system that has an area code /phone number for my area. Ninja number checked all the boxes!

This app is the worst can’t even signup there jeep asking me to input a verification code sent the phone number I am trying to purchase like how is that possible to get a code from a number I haven’t even purchased yet what a dumb app

Customer service is terrible, I’ve been waiting over three months now to get my texting problem resolved. No response from ninja.

Hi, I’m not able to login to my account. When I use my current ninja number it says that it’s an invalid username. I’ve been trying to contact some support with no success. Please get back to me ASAP since this line is a business line. Thanks

the call is always abruptly cut off before i can answer, it's ridiculous because those is a business number

I just subscribed and the subscription was charged 10 dollars which they did not give me any number for a month a refund of the money

No customer service, no support or technical help. If you're lucky enough to get through to the customer service, they're rude. I had an issue setting up the app becuase of a mistake on their end. They had my company name misspelled on their system so I could not use the app for several days while I was paying and giving my number for customers to call.
My number is hacked and I receive 2-3 calls EVERY DAY from hackers, spammers! Every day!I also receive calls from random people who call my number back because they’re scammed and then I try to explain and apologize to them that my number is hacked and it’s not me who is calling them but some scammer using the ninjanumber.
I asked about the hacked and hijacked number issue, no solution was offered from the customer service. They said it was just the part of the deal.

Unable to setup
Not very easy to setup as far as getting calls to come in. The call comes thru after the missed called.
