Issues with credit purchases

Well im trying to buy credit so I will be able to send direct messages! But everytime I tried to it always says payment could not be completed! And I have a debit card linked to my account for purchases what can I do ??

DONT DOWNLOAD !!!! SCAM !!!

Firstly it states it’s free to download.
When you download it you automatically get charged $9.99

While signing up on the app, AGAIN it states it’s free but when I confirmed my details the app it froze.. My Face ID popped up scanned my face and apparently I had signed up for a subscription??? When you go into the app they give you no choice but to pay before you can even understand what’s going on and exit out.
I cancel my subscription instantly. No surprise though I still got charged a week later.
I have tried to get into contact with them but no response, again that was expected.

Absolutely no support from Developers

I purchased a number with a weekly subscription.

A few weeks later it said oops the number expired here’s a new one. I had whatsapp and telegram tied to the number.

Developers won’t answer emails to resolve issue despite still having subscription active.

I signed up for a 3 day free trial with regular payments starting after that and as soon as I clicked the button, it charged me $18.37. Do not use this app!
