I paid for this app, yet i can only make call with it, the texting app is not working, when i text my point is deducted, but the receiver never get text messages

I sent $60 to this app and I never got to make one phone call. It’s the worst calling app I ever used. I reached out to Customer support a couple of times. Never did nothing.

You have to pay and then pay more
There are tons of free textinf apps this one makes you pay weekly and only gives you a set amount of credits so then you have to pay more!!!!!!!! Ripoff

I am paying $12.99 for this and I Will only be doing this Once because this app is almost useless. I sent a message to my main phone number and did I get that message? Nope. It never sent. What is the point of this app?! I shouldn’t have gave y’all my money. I will soon be requesting a refund. Y’all just want to grab my money, which doesn’t make me trust y’all ever again in my life. Never going back to this app Again. 🤦♀️

The messages don’t go through and there is not response from customer service. It is a scam, do not purchase.
Doesn’t Send Texts
I have sent out multiple texts, making sure the data was on or I was under a Wi-Fi signal to be able to send and not one of my texts went through to the person. I was sending it to including my own phone number. This app clearly does not work. Do not spend money on it.
Why does it cost money
It should be free and it’s advertised as free make it free
Can’t receive texts
The entire purpose of getting this VOIP phone was to receive texts from my bank with codes. I cannot receive texts though I paid for that service. At this point this phone is only good to call to US phones.
Don’t get
Cannot send texts. When contacting support get the message that someone will look into it in 3-7 business days. That is ridiculous
