Crash all the time
The app keeps crashing. Also keep showing it’s updating when login and not able to access my files.

It no longer supports importing from files and other apps
I’ve been using this app for the past 10 years now & it’s been very great. Definitely the best of its kind out there.
In the past you could import from files and other apps but they seem to have taken that option out from within the app and if you tried doing so from other apps it always fails. You can now only import from photos or camera which is a huge drawback.
If the developers could see to this then I’ll gladly rate it 5 stars but for now I’ll stick with 4.

Disappointed
I have been using the app for a few years now. And now my items don’t backup it just keep saying backup is in progress

The app is a lot slower. I can’t move photos around in the folders like I used too
Takes a long time to open the folders
What ever you did when you upgrade the system I lost a couple of hundred photos , I complained and eventually you found some of the missing photos and sent it back as one loads of mixed photos

Great app
Used KeepSafe for years just wish you didn’t have to pay to recover deleted things
Last update is cooked.
This sucks now. Way too many ads and crashes.

App always crashes and needs to be re-started. If you're looking for a stable place to store valued content, I wouldn't choose this one.

Очень крутое приложение для маскировки фоток, для тех у кого айфон, всё легко и быстро. Единственный минус наверное это то что если кто то знает ваш пароль на это приложение, внутри него можно изменить пароль папки и зайти в папку. Надеюсь туда добавят Face ID, чтобы обеспечить большую безопасность.

Organizing Issues
I don’t like the change to moving items. Hitting share and opening to a menu with texting and social media increases the risk of accidents. God forbid I send something I shouldn’t out into the world.
