Help I set up the dot passcode a while ago and haven’t been able to get into my absence because I forgot it. Please let me know if there’s anything that can be done to recover the files or password.

I paid $10 for the pro version but still have the add version. The app did not upgrade to the pro version even after deleting and reloading the app from the App Store

I have been having this app for some yrs. I even purchased the extra from them and when I switched phones the app did not save any of my info that was hidden In there. I tried to Contact them but received no answer back. I have lost a lot of info. If you value your info or pics do not change phone or don't trust this app to keep it for you!!!!!

Not quite what it’s cracked up to be.
Well it works ok except I can’t get it to play gifs and even though I have paid for the pro version I still get ads. I bought the app so that my young daughter could keep her photos away from her brother who was editing them all of the time. She is 9 and doesn’t need to see ads for chats with scantily clad women thank you. I have emailed the developers but in common with some other reviewers have failed to receive a reply.

This is suppose to be a covert app for photos. I’m sitting near my wife when the ad blurts out “Looking for friends with benefits?” 😳

WHAT HAPPENED?
I have used this app for years and all of a sudden recent when I attempt to look at the app it goes straight to an advertisement and goes no further. What happened to one of the best vault apps ever? Now it is the worse vault app ever.

Lost data
I lost my phone and bought a new one. Downloaded this app from my iCloud and it asked me to reset the master and that data would not be lost. I rest the master and now I don’t have any of my data. Any ideas how to retrieve data?
