I can’t remember my password and I can’t reset it
Update locked me out of my files
An update came through and removed a symbol for the passwords which has been available for 9 years. I now cannot access my files! 9 years worth of accumulation.
Still showing advertisements
I paid to remove ads but I’m still being shown advertisements.

App is trash. Just stole my money, still seeing ads and functional operations in the app. Don’t download, keep searching. For FB video downloads, use snapsave (website, not app). It’s free and simple.

I have had difficulty getting the mod to respond to my complaints. I have years of media stored in a previous version that I can’t recover.

I’m using this app in my iPhone 13. There are no instructions on how to actually import/export videos or photos.
Adds never go away even after you purchase the add remove app.

Old App is locked down
Developer hasn’t updated the previous version of the new IOS. No updates offered just stuck with a app that can’t open or transfer anything to the new version! Photos and videos that I would love access too!!

This app is garbage. It does nothing but constantly harass you with a pop up add to download Google every time you try and add a video. And when you do try to add a video, it only gives you the option to create a new folder.
Even if as a new user I know absolutely nothing about conversion, a tutorial might be appropriate to not waste people’s time.
