Deleted all of my photos

I’ve used this app for years. It worked fine. All in a sudden the app has a new layout, my folders are still there but all of my photos are gone. They deleted all of my photos, they are claiming to a lot of people that they’re commenting on the wrong app, but I used THIS app, and my photos are gone.

I had pictures in Secret Photo vault, the Original one, with the Purple Fingerprint that I Can’t get into, I Need help, ??? Can I renew the Old Subscription?

Not worth it

This is the second time I have lost all my photos with this app. The first time it just stopped opening up so I had to reinstall the app and everything was gone. This time all I did was an app update (for the new 6 digit pin) and again everything is gone. Don’t waste your time or your money because eventually you will lose your photos if you use this app.

cant see my old photos

With the most recent update (1.10) all of my photos are gone and i can not switch between folders anymore, only the main folders. they were all updated by the in-app cloud. was just wondering how to fix this?

Locked out

""""""Purchase identifier invalid """""ERROR.....I've been dealing with this for over two months my subscription has expired I got no notice, I've emailed , I've contacted Apple ,I never had an issue until it expired but there's no place to renew ...any advice would be great ..

Awful

Considering how useless the developer is in responding to real questions, here is the workaround (it’s been stated before). Put your phone on airplane mode, and wait at least a minute or to. Then when you go into the app you’ll actually see an X in the top corner which will let you get past that screen that asks you to upgrade. Once you do that secure all your pictures and remove them from this garbage app. Then make sure to never download another app from this crook again.

Not working

So I haven’t utilized the app in a while and when I tried to do so it wouldn’t allow me to gain access to my photos. It directed me to another screen to purchase the app instead of using it for free like I use to. I was willing to pay for it in order to get my photos but that wasn’t working. I’ve been trying to get my pictures for 2 mos.

Lawsuit coming

After forcing people to purchase access, they discontinued the support. All photos are gone and cannot retrieve them. I’m joining the class action suit

Problem logging in

I have the exact same issue, bought the premium package still cannot logon or get a refund. I can see my files when I log on too then the error message comes up.

Where are my pictures?

I have only used this app and no other app that the creator is talking about. I know because this is the app I continue to update. I know it’s this app and not another app because when I open it for a brief second you can see the album but I can not get into the app due to you having to upgrade the app but even when I try it will not allow me

This is the same app

You tell everyone it was a different developer/team because you don’t want to assume responsibility for all of the bad ratings and people losing their photos. Why use the same name “UnderLock” and the same icon with such horrible ratings then. You owed the people that used the app a fix to get the photos. For free.

Fraud

I have lost my files in this app as well it stopped taking my payments and locked me out after it forced me to start paying for the app after years of free use. They say this isn’t there app.

It was awesome

It was awesome but in March 1,2021 I least over 1,000 photos and videos and it turly breaks my heart,I just to be able to somehow get them back,I’m so upset
