Lost Photos

Hi, I like this app until I got a new phone and downloaded the app. When I went to look at the photos and documents that I had saved they were gone. I have even tried contacting the support people for it and I never got an email back. I even paid for a yearly subscription. All I want is my photos and documents back.

Very good but…

The app works fine but it has several issues that makes me give only three stars, and after communicating this to the developer by mail I heard nothing but silence.
1) the calculator doesn’t work correctly as only one zero can be added which makes the decoy faulty
2) when deleting pictures, you need to select them one by one instead of drag and drop, funnily enough adding them it allows to do this.
3) when you add the pictures, they don’t get deleted from your photo album, so you need to go there and delete them.

If the above three changes were done, I’d give 5 stars, at the moment it is just one app of the million that are around.

Thanks for your feedback. We've fixed the issue where the calculator doesn't work with multiple zeros, and we've also released a new version to delete originals after importing. Constant Crashing Prevents Use of the App Entirely

The app won’t stop crashing upon using very basic features/functions of the app.

Consistent crashes occur when I:
• Went to Settings > Passcode and attempted to change any settings.
• Attempted to activate the “Face Down” lock feature.
• Deviated from the app using iPhone’s app switcher (the function that occurs when hitting “home” twice or swiping up from the bottom of phone)

I’ve had to delete and redownload the app 3 separate times within five minutes because once the app crashes, every attempt to reopen simply causes the app to then immediately crash. This prevents me from being able to use the app whatsoever.

Can’t open. Constantly crashes.

Very disappointed. Seemed very promising, but if I can’t use it, it’s worthless.

So far so good!! Had a couple of devs pull these offers from under me - reviews can change too!!

Just did onboarding and it all looks good with some added features such as a private notes section and a browser built into it. Just hope that this dev will be true to his offer and lifetime means just that. I’ve had a few of these offers recently where within days an auto update has stripped away all the benefits and dumped you back on some ad filled basic plan.

Instant delete and a warning review will be dealt to all devs who can’t commit to their offers using such methods to gain good reviews is terrible practice. I only say this as found it dubious that the offer wasn’t listed in the IAP section of the AppStore but onboarding it did appear. I have a screenshot which is in my folder full of these offers.

It’s a good app. I hope to keep it and return to say I am happy with it. Massive thanks for the lifetime offer of your app…5 star app for me!
