I thought I’d love this app from reading the description and reviews. I quickly realized that I paid $9.99 for it and it is a monthly fee. Then two features that I thought were worth maybe keeping this app. One was the ability to change the icon into a different icon like for instance a calculator. It does change the icon... it still says photo vault (or whatever) underneath the icon. That’s just ridiculous. Could not believe how stupid that was. The other deal breaker, why no options to make additional photo albums and name them?

It may be caused by Apple while downloading the app. Can you please remove your app and re-install again, you can subcribe to your old subscription by tapping "Restore". We have the 3 day free trial plan which you can try all features free for 3 days. No one can charge you any money inside of this period and if you don’t like the app you can cancel it anytime you want. If you purchased an in-app purchase to activate some premium features and if you want to refund, then you can refund immediately. Refunded amount will be back to you soon. You can cancel your subscription to Photo Vault like any other App Store subscription: Go to Settings on your iPhone. Find View Apple ID in the iTunes & AppStores > your Apple ID name page. Then, tap Subscriptions > Photo Vault. Click on the Cancel Subscription button which is located at the bottom of the screen. We don't monitor, we erase those photos from your gallery and store them on your personal vault so that only you can reach them which we explicitly ask your permission to do this. If you want you can restore those photos back to your gallery without paying anything. You can restore any photo, contact, note or password in seconds.
