Great app, please fix it
It’s hands down one of the best apps, but after iOS 12 update, it just crashes every time. Please fix it.

It would be awesome to have an option to automatically know which files are duplicated throughout the app.
Frage an die Nutzer mit Problemen
Ich lese, es gibt bei einigen Nutzern Probleme, Fotos von der Mediathek auf die App zu bekommen.
Ich hatte das Problem gestern zum ersten Mal. Die Tage davor funktionierte es.
Mir ist dabei etwas aufgefallen.
Schritt 1 : die App öffnen
Schritt 2: einen Ordner auswählen oder einen Ordner neu anlegen
Schritt 3: Ordner öffnen und auf Medien hinzufügen
Schritt 4: Fotos auswählen, die man in die App einfügen möchte
Und genau hier drückt man nochmal auf Medien hinzufügen aber man muss recht oben auf Fertig drücken.
Ich glaube, vor dem Update wurde nach dem ersten Medien hinzufügen , genau dies komplett bei allen Modellen verdeckt. Man drückt also ein weiteres Mal auf Medien hinzufügen, statt auf Fertig. Je nach Modell ist das anders.
Die App funktioniert bei mir sonst ohne Probleme. Ich verwende die App gerne zum Anlegen von einzelnen Alben. Die Fotos sind dann nur in dem einen Ordner und nicht wie bei der Hauseigenen Mediathek in 2 Alben.

Keep making it worse!
Goodness me! They keep mucking up an app that was great till a few months ago. Can’t get it right.
Now standard MP4 files uploaded into the app do not play anymore. Just a QuickTime logo on a black screen. Older videos stored work fine. Basic functionality is broken.
The app always opens portrait mode on an iPad and then corrects to landscape after a couple of seconds. Another thing that was working fine for years and is now broken. Wish could go back 5-6 versions :-(

Отличное приложение было, пока не убрали интерфейс калькулятор. А теперь в чём смысл приложения?

Used to work great
Apple broke something last week. It now can’t access your media library anymore, so this app no longer works for media storage as it can’t see photos or videos anymore. Checked permissions page and app has full access but you try and add media and it shows no photos or videos.
Worked great for years
This app has worked great for years, and continues to be great, I’ve used it across multiple iphones. Always grateful to the developers for this legendary app 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Cannot access photos on phone
Since the update, I can no longer access the recent photos option to add pic from my phone album. I can only see personal albums

All a sudden a can’t download from album.

Impossible to find photos
I don’t know why they changed the way to download photos to the app but I have hundreds and used to be able to use the recents folder, it’s not there anymore. Not only that creating a special folder to use does not even show up. Not good!
