Suddenly deleting new info
I have loved this app for years. But about 4 days ago it randomly stopped saving new information. New notes and updated existing notes—gone within 10 seconds. I’ve emailed the developer twice and no response. I had to use chatGPT to get help and I agree with its assessment that there is no issue with the cloud, but that the local database is failing to write new data. A fix or a response would be great! Only leaving this review as I apparently let have no other options of communication.

При попытке создать четвертую заметку всплывает окошко, что бесплатно создать можно только три заметки, для продолжения необходимо оплатить.
Деньги небольшие и я б оплатила, если сразу об этом уведомили. А это свинское отношение, когда посреди рабочего дня дополнительные задачи откуда вообще не ждешь.
Нет никаких гарантий, что после оплаты снова не появится подобное окошко.

Locked out permanently
I really like the red version of this app, but the blue Pro version has a major bug. If you forget your password, the security question doesn't work, and deleting the app or clearing iCloud data does not reset it. When you reinstall, it remains permanently locked on the password screen. There is no option to wipe the app and start fresh, even though I am willing to sacrifice the data. Please fix this lockout bug!
