При попытке создать четвертую заметку всплывает окошко, что бесплатно создать можно только три заметки, для продолжения необходимо оплатить.
Деньги небольшие и я б оплатила, если сразу об этом уведомили. А это свинское отношение, когда посреди рабочего дня дополнительные задачи откуда вообще не ждешь.
Нет никаких гарантий, что после оплаты снова не появится подобное окошко.

Locked out permanently
I really like the red version of this app, but the blue Pro version has a major bug. If you forget your password, the security question doesn't work, and deleting the app or clearing iCloud data does not reset it. When you reinstall, it remains permanently locked on the password screen. There is no option to wipe the app and start fresh, even though I am willing to sacrifice the data. Please fix this lockout bug!

After the update the notes that I have had for over 10 years all disappeared and nobody is getting back to me from support
When I try to restore it says nothing to restore. I have been emailed twice with the same useless information. I need my notes back, this is ridiculous. How do you expect anyone to trust this garbage and your customer support stinks

I don’t understand why this is ‘Pro’
The only difference between this app and their other secure notes app is the ability to change the notepad and icon colours. That’s fair enough, what I don’t understand is how these differences justify ‘Unlimited storage’ (or the ability to use the app as intended) is $5 more expensive than the non-Pro version. The same way I don’t understand why the unlimited storage of the journal app costs more in one than the other.

this is a great app. I use it every day.. I would like to have the ability to move my notes around and put them where I want him not only by date or alphabetical order. but in the places I would like to see them or the order I would like to see them please make this change for us all thank you. Great before the update!
I love the app. I’ve used it for years. With the most recent update it doesn’t save any changes. And it will delete notes.

Secure Notepad not closing properly. PW not visible. It comes up wide open without PW
I just bought the Secure Notepad. Not the pro. But now I find that this Notepad does not close.
Updated and the app deleted all notes but 10 and they are from 2023!

Nice locking program
Even though this is a very good security program, it would be nice if you could add more features closer to Apple’s Word like indentations, bolding, underlining, etc. you were also not able to cut and paste images. Adding these features or enhancements would make this program a lot stronger, another interesting problem or unwanted feature was that even though I had the program on my iPhone when I got an iPad, the program downloaded yet none of my data was able to be transferred to this iPad app and I had to manually cut and paste all the different folderswhich is a pain in the butt.

Just too slow
I’ve tried with product. It may be my iPad or WiFi but it’s now getting dumped, just too slow & not fit for purpose
