First, regarding data security: Secure partners with Plaid, a trusted company used by major brands such as American Express and Citibank. All information transmitted through Plaid is encrypted and protected, and none of your personal details are sold or shared. In addition, our policy is to delete all user credentials within seven days of approval so that no unauthorized party can access them. You can review Plaid’s full security and privacy practices directly on their website. As for your account, our records show that after reporting an issue you asked us to delete your profile permanently, requested escalation to a manager, and used language our team considered disrespectful. Specifically, you referred to our staff as “gaslighters,” which we considered an inappropriate and unacceptable characterization. Shortly afterwards, you acknowledged that your earlier approach had been inappropriate, and asked to be allowed back on the app, submitting multiple applications under different email addresses. Because of the repeated account creations and prior interactions, we determined that Secure is no longer an appropriate platform for you. This decision is final. If there is any confusion about the sequence of events, we can provide screenshots of each interaction to help recollect your memories.
