Honestly, this is such a cool vpn to have on my phone when traveling abroad. It automatically secures my phone whenever I connect to a hotel hotspot, giving me complete peace of mind.
Works great on public Wi-Fi
Whenever I’m using a public Wi-Fi hotspot, I switch this app on right away. The turbo connection keeps everything fast, though it occasionally takes 2-3 seconds extra to connect after unlocking the phone.
Simple, fast, and does the job
Super easy to set up on my phone. I just toggle it on when I'm traveling or using public Wi-Fi and completely forget about it. The speeds are great for watching videos, and I haven't experienced any random drops yet. Great app!
Ideal for everyday use
I’ve tried many privacy apps before, but this one is definitely a top vpn choice for iOS. It works as a very quick vpn whenever I need to connect to public Wi-Fi at coffee shops. Super stable and never drops connection!
Horrible!! Forced subscription
I installed it under the impression that it would work in China, but it does not AT ALL. I requested for a refund but got denied directly. They diverted me to dispute with Apple. Got charged unfairly for unusable services for 4 weeks without notifications!Useless customer services!
Super, fast, secure VPN
Iʼm glad to see such a large selection of countries and regions, and this VPN also includes other features. For example, you get not only a location changer, but also an ad blocker, an authenticator, and data breach alerts. Where you can quickly protect them. You get a multi-functional app for your phone.

This app is a money scam
This is an absolute joke of a subscription service.
I cancelled my subscription through my phones settings - subscriptions after I purchased the subscription and realized the app doesn't work at all. I did exactly what you would reasonably expect someone to do to cancel a subscription. I thought it was cancelled. WRONG. They continued to charge me for 2 more months.
And then I opened the app and there was NO indication whatsoever that I had an active subscription. The app was literally suggesting me subscription plans again. So according to the app, I wasn't subscribed but according to my bank account they were more than happy to keep taking my money.
I contacted customer service and their response was essentially "We do not have any record of cancellation" convenient.
So let me get this straight, you can take my money every month, but your app can't show that I'm subscribed, and when I cancel through my phones subscription settings, you have no record of that?
Absolutely unacceptable.
The entire setup feels incredibly deceptive and predatory. It seems like they are counting on people not to notice the reoccurring charges and making the cancellation process extremely difficult and misleading so that they can squeeze out a few extra months of payments.
I would not trust this app with your credit card or bank account. Save yourself the headache and money and stay far away.

Bad login
I have been forced to pay for it 2 times without it letting me make an account or log in and their support is just robot that refers you to a page that no longer exists. I want my money back or to be logged in asap
This app is absolute GARBAGE!
Honestly, I thought i could trust this, but this is unacceptable. When i tried to log in using my other account i already created, it was an error and it said i couldn’t log in, they didn’t even send me instructions on what to do if i couldn’t log in, Now after I canceled my subscription using the support feature, just to find out i’m STILL getting charged after 2 weeks of cancellation request. (It got approved) This is pure garbage! Fix your app because I would give this a ZERO, if i could. disgusting service.

The app is broken
It just doesn’t work. You have to wait 5 minutes for the servers to show up and then when you tap the connection button nothing happens. How can I trust this company with my privacy when they can’t even make a simple app with minimum functionality?

I couldn’t even create an account
It charged my card and only gave me one option which was to log in when I didn’t even create an account yet so I did not even get to use the vpn at all. A week later and it is still attempting to charge my card, there is no way for me to cancel since I wasn’t even able to make an account. Fix this.

En retrouvant ce service sur Internet, le site m’a immédiatement proposé de souscrire un nouvel abonnement. Pourtant, j’ai saisi la même adresse e-mail que celle utilisée pour mon abonnement de 5 ans. VeePN ne m’a jamais indiqué qu’un compte existait déjà avec cette adresse et m’a au contraire proposé de créer un nouveau compte et de payer une seconde fois.
Ce n’est qu’après m’être connecté à mon compte que j’ai découvert que mon abonnement de 5 ans était toujours actif.
J’ai demandé le remboursement du paiement effectué par erreur, mais ma demande a été ignorée et aucun remboursement ne m’a été accordé. Pire encore, un nouveau prélèvement a ensuite été effectué sur ma carte.
Ce sont des voleurs ! Évitez absolument ce service !

Extensive range of locations and high speeds
I have been using this VPN for almost a year and the super extensive list of locations definitely makes it really effective. You can go to different locations to maximize your streaming compatibility while this also means you can connect to nearby locations for maximum speeds. One thing though is that it might not work if you’re on a school WiFi as it could be whitelisted.
