YOU WILL LOSE ACCESS TO DATA

I bought this product and it was working perfectly well, I would have highly recommended it. Until about 3 weeks ago when the app no longer grants me access to my data.

I go through the authentication correctly, press unlock to unlock my drive and the app crashes and the drive remains locked.

I have sent three emails to the service desk and received no response

next app does not work
