Whenever in emergency u want to check the CCTV live streaming the app won’t open only very slow and out dated software

Horrible service
We got secure eye last year, the people who got this installed are cheaters when they wanted us to install this they called and visited us at home everyday. Few days After installation the cameras were not working and when we used to call them they would never respond. Satish the main guy in Jabalpur secure eye is a horrible representative he said they are hd camera and later we were told by CP plus camera guys that these are analogue camera and even the wire is faulty and even the box and monitor from secure eye is faulty it’s been a year only and every camera is giving problems and the monitor is also flickering.
Will not suggest this to anyone worst company worst service!

Worst update...please fix it ASAP
you guys recently updated the IOS app of Secureye to 5.7.4...its the worst update ever...the app always crashes on both iPhone X and iPhone XS Max ,connection to the live view of cctv takes forever, it keeps on telling connecting connecting and then returns as connection failed then you have to close the app logout n login again, please try to fix the app with a new version ASAP...
