Update
I can’t update. There is nothing there. I go to the app screen and it doesn’t offer a update. Just offers to open the app. I open the app and it says I have to update. So I’m just stuck in a loop. And can’t access my account.

It’s a good thing the people that work there are nice. The app is garbage. Resetting your password is ridiculous and the layout is cumbersome.

Upgrade
This is the only app i have that requires me to update my iOS. Why is that?

Congradulations your up grade locked me out…
What update?
When I log in on my iPad, it tells me that the app needs to be updated. I hit update, it sends me to the app. I hit open, it opens to the Security site, tells me to log in with mu code, and then it starts all over again in a loop. What gives? I updated on my phone, but I use my iPad more often to do my banking than my phone. Why?
