i cant make my credit card payment after days of trying. tried to use the webite, you cant make payments there. app doesnt work

Extremely hard to use and not user friendly at all
Absolutely horrible
How do you make a ‘new and improved’ app but it’s somehow slower & less reliable than an already slow & unreliable app? Some dude in a suit who makes too much money & does nothing probably thought this up to justify his salary. Had to leave the app loading on my phone for 5 mins for it to pull up my statement (and it was NOT my connection, every other app I used was working perfectly). It’s little incompetent things like this that make me more and more willing to switch banks.

Two cents
I preferred the snb card command app, the cards feature is convenient because it’s all integrated into one app. I just wished everything in the app felt more streamline and quicker compared to other banking apps.
