Horrible App
The app is terrible to use. Every time I try to log into my account it will not allow me to me to and has me go through the entire process of changing my password only to then be met with my online account being locked due to failed attempts OR there is an error and to try back later. Every time. I’m pretty tech savvy but this app is a constant disappointment. I only use this app and bank for my parents who are older locals and I can’t imagine if they had to use this app, they’d never be able to do anything. The nearest branch is a 15-20min drive for them so they have to drive to the ATM/branch to get account balance because checking at a different ATM costs extra. This is why I choose to have my personal banking through a Credit Union, my parents don’t because they don’t like change. Fix the app to have less issues and to be more user friendly for the older members of the bank.
