I think the app is helpful but I wished the daily postings for transfers were real time.

Their Customer Service Reps are the very best in the business, always prepared to answer inquiries, and on that rare occasion they don’t have the information up front they quickly get you the answers you need.

Needs the option for paperless billing so I don’t receive a paper bill in the mail each month. I prefer email or text.

I have digital banking apps with other banks, credit unions and saving and loans. Securityplus got it right. I don’t need a branch anymore. I have a branch in my hand.

Convenient and easy to use. Such much information at one’s fingertips.
Stopped working
Transfer action fails with a retry prompt. Retry prompt doesn’t do anything. Keeps reloading Retry prompt - even after closing/reopening app and even after delete and reinstall. App is now non-functional.
