App getting crash n too long to open
Before it was good now it takes too long to load n once open the app gets crash need to update the app by admin

Unable to watch recordings of CCTV
I am unable to see recordings of CCTV. As I click for recording, the app automatically closes. Only I can observe live video. Plz fix it immediately as I am facing this problem since September 2022. Problem is continuing even after getting update of this app in November 2022.
Application crash
Application crashes when trying to see the recording of any time. Tried may times but the same issue keeps on happening every time.
App crashing when you try to setup for first time
I have just installed Securus cameras at my home. To see the footage from cameras, I was setting up the App by adding user id and password. But when you select the camera the App crashes everytime! After installing cameras i have not been able to check the footage at all ! Very bad technology in iOS App. Please resolve this crash issue ASAP.

Please make a new update, your old version was good, it was working properly, this version just don’t work. I am having a lot of issues while loading cameras.
Worst app
Such a worst device and wort app too.. Do t have service facility for this company and don't have technical support also experience problems since 2years
Auto remove device
When I am add new device and work with it ok
But next day I am open application then no device found which was I had added yesterday
So give solution as soon as possible
Because of I m tired about adding every day device details
