Useless feeling scammed
Firstly, you pay $250. And you can’t move all your crypto to this wallet and then not able to login. Not able to figure out if I have been scammed as I am not able to access my crypto the app just crashes whenever you try to login haven’t logged in a year!

I have not used a piece of technology that disappointed more than this paperweight. I gave up. And use it as a coaster, dog chew toy, anything but keeping crypto in. Garbage.

Some Times it opens
I want this wallet to work because I like the hardware device. It's like they did this as an after thought. It does not come up reliably and the fix is to uninstall and reinstall. Please put some quality DevOps towards this wallet interface!!
This Update is broken
Every time you try to copy to transfer or revise it crashes
Just freezes on start screen
Opened the app and it’s just says SecuX and no other response
I uninstalled /reinstalled the app
I restarted the phone
I uninstalled the app then restarted the phone then reinstalled the app.
No matter what, just says SecuX
App does still open on an my iPhone which has not been updated. But that’s little comfort. Transferring my funds elsewhere

Horrible
Crypto gone from update no response from support
Scary
App freezes and terminates transactions right after hard wallet “confirms” transaction. App closes automatically once transaction is confirmed on hard wallet end. This is unacceptable. People are trusting these apps to transact with and rely on. No additional message sent explaining the reason I’m getting “error message.” App terminates transition, freezes, then closes. It’s horrible.

Crashes when trying to access wallet
Downloads fine. Crashes when attempting to access wallet.
Set a password - hit confirm password then immediately hit Settings icon. Stayed stable while in Settings yet crashed as soon as hit Wallet tab. Same result with both iPhone and Android so it's not the phone and also have updated V20 software.

Keeps crashing
Flashes account for one second then crashes. App says phone is compatible [any iPhone ISO12 or greater]. Rebooted phone same results.
Does it support XRP?
No, it doesn’t. Found out after I got the wallet. Disappointed
