SECURITY RISK? TOO MANY RED FLAGS
This app asks for your EMAIL ADDRESS, GRANT PERMISSION TO GIVE YOUR EXACT LOCATION, and ROUTER PASSWORD. The app says your info will be ‘stored’ so you can restore at a later point, but doesn’t say if it is stored on your phone or on a server overseas. (Likely stored in China, since the lamp is made there.)
THERE IS NO PRIVACY POLICY ON HOW YOUR PERSONAL INFO WILL BE USED. When you go to their privacy policy link, you’ll get a “cannot locate the server” error.
I don’t want to be negative, but all this adds up to an increased security risk.

Doesn’t work
Can’t get the lightbulb to connect whatsoever. Tried to manual and nothing works

Absoluto garbage
It doesn't even connect to WiFi at all and sometimes it lights red when turned on, I guess it's saying it's broken.
