The clearest difference is rating: see at 2.0 against Toolstash's 1.0. see also leads on ratings volume (8 vs 1) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 17.0). Toolstash's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 11%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
see holds the better App Store score, 2.0 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: see has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 11% of see's written reviews are positive against 50% of Toolstash's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
