Dog Barking protocol highly flawed

Here I am thinking the website referred me to the app so someone can send a notice in a quicker fashion to the nuisance dog’s owner, Only to find out it’s the same silly protocol. I have to bother 4 separate adjoining neighbors to keep bark logs and mail them in. This is the responsibility of the city to intervene when there is a nuisance. Risking my safety because you can’t be bothered to send a notice out right away.

Defaults to out of area

This app is mot efficient. I attempt to report a New request and it shows past pictures and defaults to an area that is not even kn my city!

I’ve had to report the same incident (explicit graffiti) several times and it still hasn’t been resolved.
